Quidlab was incorporated in 2007 with a registered capital of two million Thai Baht. Company started with web hosting and web designing services. Change of management took place in May 2009 and company had new vision under direction of new management. Since then there was no looking back and company started with new value added services e.g. Annual General Meeting (AGM) Services for companies listed on stock exchange of Thailand and cloud computing services mainly for disaster recovery & business continuity.

Being closely connected with shipping community company kept mariners in mind and opted to continue development of software solutions & products for Shipping companies. Company’s ENOAD software for compliance with USCG arrival departure notice ranks one of best and is one of first to be updated for new rules as and when set by USCG National Vessel Movement Center (NVMC).
